Dinner: Tofu Vegetable Stir Fry
Snacks: Granola bar and lots and lots of tea!
I am pretty happy with today. My goal for the week is to not eat sweets on MWF (days I run).
Being on Tumblr, especially lately, has made me feel more positive and confident that I can make the changes to my body that I’ve always wanted. I think I am feeling some changes…small ones, but changes all the same. It makes me want to redouble my efforts, work harder, sweat more!!!
Breakfast: Go Lean Cereal and Milk and Tea
Lunch: Turkey Provolone Sandwich on Whole Wheat
Dinner: Lemon Glazed Chicken, Red Potatoes and small salad
Desert: (small) piece of white cake
Total: 1,354 (with workout subtracted)
Pretty good, but I feel bad about the cake…
Breakfast: Vanilla Greek Yogurt with a little bit of granola and half a banana
Lunch: Banana Blueberry Smoothie and Pirate’s Booty Cheese Puffs
Dinner: Local BBQ chicken (not that good…didn’t eat much of it) and a mixed green salad
Desert: Approx. 1/2-2/3 cup of FroYo. Mostly for my throat, I’ve been under the weather!
Snacks: Granola Bar
For a grand total of 1,236. Pretty good! Plus I was on my feet for four hours today for work, YIKES.
What I’d like to change. I usually have desert in the dining halls, although I’ve been cutting back how much. Eventually I would like to allow myself desert maybe once or twice a week. It’s a process, haha.
I REALLY want to get up and run tomorrow…hopefully I’ll feel better gah.
Lunch: Strawberry Yogurt Smoothie and Pirate’s Booty Corn Puffs
Dinner: Roman-Style Chicken Thigh (1) and Quinoa
Desert: 1 cup vanilla ice cream
Snack: Granola Bar

For a grand total offffff 1200!! It’s a low-calorie day just because the smoothie (just strawberries, yogurt and ice) didn’t have that many calories, and neither did the chicken and quinoa! So a good day :D
