Breakfast: GoLean Cereal and Milk
Lunch: Gnocchi w/Asparagus, a Spinach Salad and an Apple
Dinner: Tofu Vegetable Stir Fry
Snacks: Granola bar and lots and lots of tea!

Breakfast: Banana Bread and Greek Yogurt
Lunch: Turkey and Swiss Sandwich, Apple and 1/2 of a Sugar Cookie
Dinner: Turkey Burger
Snacks: Pirate’s Booty Cheese Puffs
Desert: Vanilla Ice Cream
Total: 1449
Gah not that good. The weekend is hard because alcohol is always involved too!! I know I’ll be better tomorrow but I feel crummy to have a lost day…

Dinner: Lemon Glazed Chicken, Red Potatoes and small salad
Desert: (small) piece of white cake

Pretty good, but I feel bad about the cake…
