Please help me... I really want to get toned and lose weight, but i just cant do it! i want this so bad, but im not strong enough. im always like: "mmh ill start tomorrow.." or "just that piece of cake..." And this kinda depresses me :( I hope you can help me! ps: love your blog xx
First of all, you have to believe that you ARE strong enough. What’s worked for me is focusing on living a HEALTHY lifestyle, over one focused on eliminating sweets and working out. Have the cake if you want! But dedicate yourself to working out at least three times a week. Even just walking to begin with! Or doing yoga! You got this :) Don’t think of it as “I can’t have/can’t do” but focus on things that you CAN do
Ugh I’ve been sick all week and missed two of my runs. Wah. But I don’t want to push myself too much because I’m moving on Monday and the last thing I want is to be sick when I arrive at my new home!
