Just having a lot of very negative body image days…it doesn’t help that i’ve majorly fallen off the wagon. each time i try to climb back on, i feel like it speeds off without me! help?
You guys got any suggestions for a 15-20 minute exercise video i could do in my dorm?
It’s been a while for me! I was doing quite well on my weight loss journey but I succumbed to the warm and gooey joys of Christmas and New Years at home. Which means that I will be getting back to business as soon as I get back on campus! Back to business means:
-Recording my meals
-Starting training for the Earth Day 5k I run every year
I’ve counted calories for a year now (although I stopped over Winter break). I’ve heard mixed things about how helpful this is. What do you think? Do you count calories?

so yeah i haven’t been great about keeping up with tumblr…but my fitness journey has been going well! i weighed-in on Friday at 133.4, which is awesome. i’d loooove to be 130 by Thanksgiving :)
The other day my boyfriend told me I had big thighs and little knees…a comment like that would have wrecked me at one point, but i really don’t have a problem with it now…not that i LOVE being told that i have big thighs. i guess i’m not sure how i feel about it…i mean, he’s dating me so he must like my thighs haha!!
